KANGAROO VALLEY GOLF & COUNTRY RESORT
Experience for yourself one of the most enjoyable, yet challenging, golf courses in Australia. Originally designed by Jack Newton, the course has been extended to provide the discerning golfer with 18 holes of enjoyment on our Champsionship 72 par course.
The resort has a fully stocked Pro Shop.

FROM SYDNEY - Via Hume Highway
To get to Kangaroo Valley, take the Hume Highway out of Sydney. Take the Mittagong turn off and follow the signs through to Bowral and then through to Fitzroy Falls/Nowra and this will bring you into Kangaroo Valley. After crossing the Hampden Bridge take the second street to the right (This is Mount Scanzi Road) Large panel sign on this corner for Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Resort. Follow this road for 3 - 4 kilometres and you will see a large Play and Stay sign and you are there.
FROM SYDNEY - Via Princes Highway
Follow Princes Highway through Sutherland on to Wollongong then continue along Princes Highway to Berry. At the end of the Berry residential area sign board on the right "Kangaroo Valley 19 kilometres" Follow into Kangaroo Valley turning right towards Moss Vale. Continue through Kangaroo Valley village and then first left is Mount Scanzi Road. Large panel sign on this corner for Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Resort. Follow this road for 3 - 4 kilometres and you will see a large Play and Stay sign and you you are there.

TOUR ITINERARY:
DAY 1: ARRIVE HO CHI MINH CITY (D)
Arrive Ho Chi Minh City, transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, take a City Tour of dynamic Ho
Chi Minh City (still called Saigon by locals), visit the former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame
Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, a lacquerware factory and Thien Hau Pagoda in the city's
bustling Chinatown. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 2: HO CHI MINH CITY– MEKONG DELTA– HO CHI MINH CITY(B-L-D)
After breakfast, travel to My Tho to enjoy a full day trip to the watery world of the Mekong Delta,
a couple of hours by road from Ho Chi Minh. Take a boat trip along narrow waterways overhung
with dense vegetation and try exotic fruits in one of the many orchards return to Ho Chi Minh.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 3: HO CHI MINH CITY– DALAT (B-L-D) GOLF or Cooking School (Optional)
After breakfast free time at the hotel until transfer to the airport for the short fight to Dalat.
Established as a hill station at the beginning of the century, Dalat is reminiscent of an alpine
town with its French chalets and pine forests. Overnight at Novotel Dalat Hotel. In the afternoon,
play a round of golf at Dalat Palace Golf Club. Non-golfers can choose the Cooking School
(optional tour). Using the wonderful local fresh produce learn to cook both Vietnamese and
French cuisine. Overnight in Dalat.
DAY 4: DALAT (B-L-D) GOLF or Cooking School (Optional)
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning play another round of golf at Dalat Palace Golf Club or
enjoy your second day in the Cooking School. In the afternoon take a city tour, visit the former
Emperor Bao Dai’s summer residence, Truc Lam Pagoda with Tuyen Lam Lake, the Central
Market and the XQ Cultural Villages famous for hand-embroidered painting. Overnight in Dalat.
DAY 5: DALAT – PHAN THIET (B-L-D) Optional Golf
Breakfast at the hotel. Then, leave Dalat for Phan Thiet after breakfast. It is a scenic morning's
drive down to the coastal plain and the beach city of Phan Thiet. On arrival, check in hotel and
rest of the day is at leisure for swimming and water sports on the beach. Or you can choose to
play a round of golf at Ocean Dunes Golf Club (optional). Overnight in Phan Thiet.
DAY 6: PHAN THIET (B-L-D) GOLF
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a morning round of golf at Ocean Dunes Golf Club. In the
afternoon take a short tour of Phan Thiet, visiting the Cham Tower and the wonderful Sand
Dunes. Overnight in Phan Thiet.
DAY 7: PHAN THIET – HO CHI MINH CITY– Departure (B-L-D)
Breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the beach, relax by the pool until
transfer to Ho Chi Minh City, direct to the airport for for your departure flight home.

About the golf courses:
DALAT PALACE GOLF CLUB
The 18-hole course is crafted into the area’s gently rolling hills, surrounded by stately pine
trees, and seated above majestic Xuan Huong lake, named after an eighteenth century woman
poet. In the majestic and temperate highlands of Vietnam and at 7,009 yards in length and par
72, Dalat Palace Golf Club is an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all levels. Low handicap
players will be tested by a series of lakes, which meander through ten of eighteen holes, as well
as strategically placed bunkers, which penalise the miscalculating risk-taker. Novice players will
find relief with large accommodating greens normally left open for run-up approach shots, as
well as wide, forgiving fairways.
Dalat Palace Golf Club features par 3’s ranging in length from 164 to 234 yards and par 5’s up
to 556 yards. These varied lengths allow a true examination of one’s golfing skills, and require
that players use each club in their bag – the hallmark of a great golf course. Four different tee
areas on each hole allow players to determine their own degree of challenge on the course.
The Dalat Palace Golf Club is the only golf course in South East Asia with bent grass tees,
fairways and greens – considered to be the ultimate playing surface in golf. The large,
undulating bent grass greens are maintained to impeccable standards.
Built in 1956 the original clubhouse remains in use today with a pro shop and restaurant with
fireplace and outdoor patio areas. Local and expatriate staff greet members and their guests
with warm, friendly smiles.
OCEAN DUNES GOLF CLUB, PHAN THIET
Enjoy Phan Thiet’s brilliant sun, windswept dunes and sea breezes as you tee-off at one of the

Eastern Sea. Designed by Nick Faldo, the 6,746 yard par 72 course at Ocean Dunes Golf Club
